S.K. Nagendran

A Civil Engineering graduate from Mysore University. Worked for 12 years in National and Multinational companies, for the construction of Industrial Structures in Different places in different capacities. In 1987, started own firm "CIVILTECH", engaged in Designing Construction and Consultancy services. Also, an approved valuer for Land & Building for Banks (6 Nos) as well as for Income and Wealth Tax.

Ever since joining Rotary in 1987, actively participated in all Rotary activities at Club level and district level.

Apart from being a Rotarian, was the Chief Engineer of the Building project, Samskrutham, Academy for Higher Studies in Sanskrit and research in vedic Science, Hassan and Presently the working President of Samskrutham and Member in a community-oriented association, and present by serving as working president of samskrutam also.

Served in almost all the posts in Rotary at Club level, and also as Asst. Governor during 1999-00. Became PHF in 2000-01. Travelled widely abroad to European countries and USA.

Married Dr. B. V. Chitra, a doctor doing private practice. Blessed with a daughter 'Shilpa', who is a Computer Engineer (M.S. Information Science), married and presently working in USA.

Interested in music, reading, travelling and cooking.
